Batman v Superman's LexCorp to Provide Free Wifi at New York Comic Con
New York Comic Con starts tomorrow, and for those of you who will be joining us at the Javits Center, there will be free Wifi provided by none other than Lex Luthor, improving the reputation of scheming billionaires everywhere.

As part of a viral marketing campaign for Batman v Superman, the official NYCC FAQ page answers the question, "Is there Wifi in the Javits" by assuring that free Wifi will be "provided by LexCorp Industries."

Opening quote
LexCorp unites humanity through technology. We believe in technology as a means of communication, unification and a source of inspiration. To access the WiFi on-site at the Javits Center, connect to the "LexCorp" network from the list of available networks.

You will automatically be redirected to the LexCorp WiFi login page where you can enter your email address and click "CONNECT" to gain access to the network. LexCorp – together, we can build a better world.
Closing quote

I genuinely hope that the NYCC Wifi login actually has a fake LexCorp landing page, and judging by the commitment to this viral campaign, it probably will. This amusing news comes after that hilarious fake Fortune profile earlier this week that painted Lex as a "baby-faced billionaire" who "verbally extemporizes computer code like Miles Davis improvising a trumpet solo." The only part that seems strange is the lack of viral campaign love for other Batman v Superman characters, so I'm sure Ben Affleck's stunt doubles will begin tackling fake criminals in the streets any day now.

Batman v Superman hits theaters on March 25, 2016.
