Marvel Preview: Wanda Maximoff Tries to Fix Witchcraft in Scarlet Witch #1
After Elizabeth Olsen's debut as Wanda Maximoff in this year's Avengers: Age of Ultron, Marvel is releasing a solo series for Scarlet Witch for the first time ever.

Preview of Scarlet Witch #1

Scarlet Witch has featured in self-titled limited series, but always shared the headline with her husband, Vision. Now, this new series from celebrated comics writer James Robinson is entirely focused on Wanda, preparing Marvel fans for her increased prominence in the MCU. Especially her Magneto parentage was recently retconned so she has nothing to do with Fox-owned mutants, Marvel is clearly positioning her to become a key player in their cinematic universe.
