The Flash TV and Movie Universes Officially Separate
We've known for some time that the movie version of The Flash is going to be played by Ezra Miller when the film comes out in 2018, and not by Grant Gustin, who plays the speedy hero on CW's The Flash. But with the TV version of the character continually drawing more fans and critical acclaim, one would think that DC would want to link the properties in some way. But alas, that's not going to be the case (and DC wonders why Marvel movies whup them at the box office).

Speaking to Collider, producer Charles Roven, one of the top dogs of DC's burgeoning film universe, recently confirmed that the movie Flash and TV Flash will not be crossing over in any way. He says:

Opening quote
"Our Flash is gonna be not that guy. [Gustin is] terrific in doing what he's doing. I think that whether it's The Flash or Arrow, they're doing a great job with the TV shows they're doing. Gotham, that show's really terrific. And we obviously wish them the best. It's gonna be interesting to see what happens when we have a different Flash in a different universe. We're gonna try to stay in our universe and they're gonna be staying, I think, in their universe, and hopefully the audiences will embrace both. I think they can. You know, Supergirl is not in our universe, that show seems to be doing quite well."
Closing quote

So there it is, any hopes for a crossover have gone out the window. It does seem like an odd strategy though, doesn't it? Can you imagine Marvel producing a Daredevil movie starring, let's say Ben Affleck, to run concurrently with the Charlie Cox Netflix series? It seems like they'd be destined to sabotage one another, but we'll see. We just hope Roven knows what he's doing.
