No, That Wasn't Glenn Calling for Help on The Walking Dead
Last night's episode of The Walking Dead, "Always Accountable," saw the show spinning its wheels for the third week in a row. After the stunningly brutal attack on Alexandria and that huge apparent death (which definitely didn't happen), we still have no updates on the Wolves, Enid, Glenn, or anything else we care about, really. Some fans were hopeful that Glenn had already returned in this episode, in the form of a voice on Daryl's walkie that said only, "Help...", but according to Norman Reedus, we'll have to wait for the fan favorite character's return:

Opening quote
"I will say that voice is not Glenn," Reedus told EW. "But it's probably somebody at Alexandria with all we know that's happening there.
Closing quote

This doesn't come as too much of a surprise, as it makes more sense for the show to re-introduce Glenn closer to the season finale. If they're going to continue down this road and adhere to Glenn's death in the comics, then it will be all the more tragic if he comes back right before they bring in Negan for the finale.

And speaking of Negan, Daryl's new friends in this episode seemed to introduce the Saviors for the first time. The Wolves certainly seemed to be decimated in the Alexandria attack, and with all of their talk about "earning" what they take, it would make sense if they were part of a group that facetiously offered "protection" in return for supplies. This episode seemed to be trying to make us actually care about these characters (with varying degrees of success), so we should probably expect their mysterious group to be extremely important down the road.

And, incidentally, Norman Reedus also confirmed this Daryl/Carol Easter egg. How many of you caught it?
