Deadpool Says Wolverine Appearance Was His "Career Low" in Hilarious New Video
If nothing else, the marketing campaign for Fox's Deadpool movie has been out of this world. Naturally, we're excited for the movie itself, but the last few months have been a roller coaster of hilarious (and occasionally offensive) marketing stunts. From pitching the R-rated movie as the perfect Valentine's Day flick, to releasing an hour of footage featuring nothing but a burning 'Pool Log', you never quite know what you're going to get with the next piece of Deadpool marketing.

Today, Fox released a new Deadpool video in which the Merc With a Mouth dedicates his time to celebrating Australia Day. In the video, Deadpool applauds the Australian nation, stating that he has a lot in common with Australians, namely their shady criminal past and predilection for black out drinking. This of course becomes the perfect segue to poke some fun at one of the nation's greatest exports, and fellow X-Men universe actor, Hugh Jackman.

We've heard Reynolds' Deadpool make reference to the actor's appearance in the Wolverine movie before, but this is by far the boldest move yet. While his appearance in X-Men Origins: Wolverine was certainly a career low for Deadpool, we're looking forward to more references to Reynolds' career low in the 2011 Green Lantern movie.

Deadpool is released in theaters on February 12th 2016
