Josh Brolin Talks Thanos
Everyone and their mother knows that Thanos is the big bad the Avengers will face in Avengers: Infinity War, and that he's been pulling the strings from behind the scenes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since The Avengers. But for as big a deal as he's supposed to be, we've barely seen him; save for two post-credits scenes in Avengers movies and a bit part in Guardians of the Galaxy. Now, Josh Brolin, the actor who plays Thanos, is finally speaking out about his role as the Titan.

Speaking to Superhero Hype, Brolin says of the process of playing the character:

Opening quote
"It's not voice work, it's mo-cap. I'm there. I'm there and I'm not in a booth. I'm being filmed. I have a bunch of crap on my face. [laughs] I'm being filmed by like thirty-four cameras? Thirty-six cameras? Something like that. Every movement, everything. So, it's very new to me, it's very exciting, it's very unnerving. But I sure trust these guys! You know?"
Closing quote

He also reveals that he has an upcoming meeting with Marvel where they're going to talk about what's coming up for Thanos, and I think we can agree this is a meeting we'd really like to attend:

Opening quote
"We're supposed to get together very soon to talk about the trajectory of Thanos in the next few years and it's very exciting. It's one of the better decisions I think I've made."
Closing quote

We couldn't agree more.
