Ryan Reynolds Is Working on an X-Force Deadpool Sequel
Deadpool hasn't even come out yet, but considering its early critical and fan reception, it's already looking like a huge hit (at least considering its R rating), and Ryan Reynolds is already looking forward to a sequel at Fox. There have previously been rumors that Cable would appear as the villain in Deadpool 2, but now it looks like Reynolds and Fox have their eye on the whole X-Force.

Opening quote
"In the future, if we're doing a bunch more Deadpool movies, we're really going to explore the X-Men a lot," Reynolds said in the above interview with German outlet Filmstarts. "And maybe X-Force. X-Force is my priority. I really want to get that in."

X-Force is a team of superheroes that spun off from the X-Men, and generally has much more brutal methods for dealing with supervillains. Deadpool and Colossus have both been part of the X-Men team, while Cable was the original leader of the team, once he reformed from his supervillainy a bit. Psylocke, who is already poised to become one of the breakout characters of X-Men: Apocalypse, is one of the current members of the X-Force, and has already proven herself a worthy adversary for Deadpool:

Reynolds also discussed his connection to the character, which inspired him to essentially bring this movie to life single-handedly:

Opening quote
"I feel like we're mirror images of each other. My wife [Green Lantern co-star Blake Lively] always says that; she says, 'Am I talking to Deadpool right now, or my husband?' And I say, 'Both.'"
