This Chronological Edit of the Captain America: Civil War Trailers Lays Out the Whole Movie
We've seen two Captain America: Civil War trailers so far, and while they have refrained from huge spoilers for the most part (unless War Machine actually dies, that is), there are still significant clues to be gleaned about the sequence of events from the trailers, and this chronological edit probably shows us a good portion of what happens in the film:

The general structure of the film seems to be exactly what you'd expect. Bucky returns and attacks Iron Man, he recovers from his amnesia and gets Cap back on his side, the government tries to get Cap to sign the Sokovia Accords as a result of some destructive event (likely caused by Crossbones and blamed on Bucky), and Iron Man makes cracks about punching him in his perfect teeth until Civil War actually breaks out and the heroes divide into teams: on Tony's side, we have War Machine, Black Widow, Vision, and Black Panther, and on Team Cap we have Scarlet Witch, Bucky, Hawkeye, Ant-Man, and Falcon.

The sound is necessarily a little rough, since the two trailers are spliced together, but otherwise the trailer runs very smoothly. I might have disagreed with a couple of choices about the order, but then again, I didn't do nearly as much research as the creator of the video, Reddit user iliekpixels:

Opening quote
Of course, take "chronological" with a grain of salt, because I obviously don't have access to the full movie, but I gave it my best shot!

The reason I think I'm pretty close, is I made a list of every single shot in the trailers, and wrote down what people were wearing, like cap's suit with/without the Avengers emblem, and Bucky in his Winter Soldier outfit, or just with a shirt + coat/backpack.

I also wrote down any bruises they had, which really helped with the sorting.
Closing quote

There's still a lot we don't know about the movie, especially since we still haven't seen anything about Tom Holland's Spider-Man, Frank Grillo's Crossbones, or Daniel Bruhl's Baron Zemo, all of whom will play significant roles in the film. But that's probably a good thing; after all, we don't want Civil War to be another Batman v Superman.
