Ben Affleck's Batman Faces His Greatest Foe Yet in #BatmanvInternet
In recent years, Batman has become the poster child for the dark, gritty, tortured brand of superhero, and Ben Affleck's Batman v Superman version is no exception. He's older, grizzled, grumpy, and enjoys causing people pain, possibly even violating his "no-kill rule." So how would Batfleck react to today's goofy, overly enthusiastic, and just plain weird internet culture? Now, thanks to a promo picture of Bruce Wayne furrowing his brow at his computer and Hitfix's Jill Pantozzi, we have a pretty good idea.

And then it gets all kinds of meta:

We could do this all day. If DC wants to break their "no joke" streak, Batman reacting to the internet would be a hilarious sequence to include in Batman v Superman. Somehow, we doubt it, but at least this promo photo has gone to good use.

Batman v Superman hits theaters on March 25.
