Here's Who's Playing The Tick in Amazon's New Series
Basically everyone was shocked two weeks ago when Amazon announced they were rebooting The Tick, the irreverent Fox superhero comedy that briefly aired in the early 2000s. But shocked or not, the series is definitely moving forward, and at an incredibly fast pace, as they've already found their new Tick.

For fans holding out hope that original star Patrick Warburton would once again be suiting up in the blue suit, we're sorry to disappoint you but that's not the direction the show is taking. Instead, a new actor will be filling the antennae: Peter Serafinowicz. Serafinowicz is a very prolific British TV actor, and also had a role in Guardians of the Galaxy as Denarian Saal. Serafinowicz will be joined by fellow newcomer Griffin Newman as his sidekick, the moth-suited Arthur, and the new character Dot, Arthur's sister, to be played by Valorie Curry.

In the new series, the Tick is recovering from memory loss when he teams back up with Arthur to fight crime again. Sounds fun. As for you Warburton fans, don't worry too much. The former Seinfeld star is expected to be an executive producer on the show, so we'd be surprised if there wasn't a cameo at some point.
