Norman Reedus to Appear on Talking Dead After The Walking Dead's Season Finale
Are Walking Dead fans about to riot? Norman Reedus is set to appear on Talking Dead this Sunday following the season finale, which might spell bad news for fan favorite Daryl Dixon.

Reedus will join showrunner Scott Gimple and executive producer Robert Kirkman on the talk show following the finale, which will last 90 minutes and feature the introduction of long-running comics villain Negan. There has been much speculation on which character(s) will die in the finale, and considering that Talking Dead often serves as a farewell for departing characters, it doesn't look good for Daryl.

Opening quote
"It's super shocking and it's pretty hardcore," Reedus said of the finale. "Andy said he was late for work because he read it all night; Josh said he threw the script; Lauren threw up. It's gnarly. I was instantly curious. I had ideas what would happen and it made you feel sick and it was painful."

Possible spoilers ahead! (Click to reveal)

As fans of the comics know, Glenn was brutally killed by Negan when he arrived with his barbed wire-covered baseball bat, Lucille, but after the whole "Where's Glenn?" debacle, it has seemed likely that someone else will receive Glenn's iconic comics death. Daryl was the obvious choice, since he's a fan favorite who doesn't have a comics counterpart. He was shot at the end of last episode, which might make it less likely that he'll be killed in the finale, but then again, it would be strange if another actor was leaving the show and didn't make an appearance on Talking Dead. But on the other hand, The Walking Dead is certainly not above trying to manipulate its viewers, so they may deliberately be including Reedus to throw fans off, and then will have someone else (Steven Yeun, probably) on the show as a "surprise guest."
