Kevin Feige Confirms Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 for Marvel's Phase Four
Marvel is planning their movie slate until the end of time, it seems, and we're not complaining. In a recent interview, Kevin Feige insisted that Marvel doesn't know much beyond their planned films through 2019, but in the same breath confirmed that we're going to get a third Guardians of the Galaxy movie:

Opening quote
"We're only working on what's been announced through the end of 2019," Feige told io9. "And it is still a big chess board for 2020 and beyond, but certainly I would say Guardians 3 is [one film that's] up there. I don't know what exactly the order will be."
Closing quote

This is pretty much just common sense at this point, but still:

Marvel's Phase 3 is set to end with Avengers: Infinity War pt 2, which comes out in May 2019, and then Phase 4 was originally scheduled to begin with the Inhumans movie on July 12, 2019. But Feige recently confirmed that while the film is still happening, it will likely be pushed off to a later date, so it's technically possible that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 could take that spot. However, Vol. 2 is coming out in 2017, and there have generally been more than two years between Marvel sequels (although not always, as seen with Captain America), so it's likely that Vol. 3 will come out in 2020 or after.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is slated for release on May 5, 2017.
