X-Men Apocalypse: Infographic Explains Apocalypse's Ancient Timeline
This Memorial Day weekend, geeks everywhere will be putting their plans for BBQs and family fun aside for a healthy dose of Apocalypse...X-Men: Apocalypse, that is. Oscar Isaac's titular villain is one of the biggest names in the X-Men Universe, so it's kind of crazy that this is the first time we're getting to see him in a major role on the big screen.

With a lifespan that predates most of humanity's great civilizations, Apocalypse has a rich and brutal history. To get you up to speed on everything Apocalypse has had a grubby hand in over the years, Fox has put together an Apocalypse timeline detailing the great civilizations he has toppled and the number of bodies he's pile up in the process.

If this infographic is to be believed, Apocalypse's exploits have caused close to 500,000 deaths over the years. But it's what he has in store for us in X-Men: Apocalypse's 1980's that we're all interested to see. After spending centuries devastating individual civilizations, Apocalypse is now ready to do away with all of humanity, wiping us out to make way for his own mutant utopia.
