Read a Full Description of Captain America: Civil War's Two Post-Credits Scenes
We previously reported that Marvel will have two post-credits scenes at the end of Captain America: Civil War, but only the mid-credits scene was shown to the press. So the final footage from the film has been a complete secret until now, but since Civil War has already debuted internationally, bootleg footage has leaked onto the internet, along with full, spoiler-y descriptions of both post-credits scenes.

Here's a description of the mid-credits scene that was already shown in early screenings, via Screencrush. Beware of spoilers, especially if you're a fan of the comics!

Possible spoilers ahead! (Click to reveal)

Opening quote
The first post-credits scene, which takes place directly after the first run of credits, centers on Winter Soldier, Cap and Black Panther. Fearing he cannot be controlled, Bucky decides to put himself back in a deep freeze. To keep his whereabouts secret, Cap and Bucky turn to T'Challa who agrees to host Bucky's frozen body in Wakanda. Cap thanks T'Challa who says that both his father, T'Chaka, and Bucky were both victims and that he hopes to find peace for both of them. Cap warns him that if anyone finds out where Bucky is being kept, they'll come for him. T'Challa responds, "Let them try" as the camera pans to a statue of a panther ready to attack.
Closing quote

The scene apparently takes Bucky out of commission for a while, and reveals, if you haven't heard by now, that Cap survives the events of Civil War. It also might give some insight into where the Black Panther movie will begin, or at least gets us primed for it.

And here's a description of the super-secret post-credits scene, which gives us what we've all been waiting for:

Possible spoilers ahead! (Click to reveal)

Opening quote
In the post-credits scene, Peter Parker is back in Queens, experimenting with some of the new tech Tony Stark has provided him. Aunt May comes in his room and Peter has to hide his new webshooters, plus some of the injuries he received in the fight. When she finally leaves, Peter gets to test out the new Spider Signal on his ceiling. A title card pops up that says "Spider-Man Will Return".
Closing quote

New web-shooters! Spidey-signal! It's a new twist that Tony Stark builds these web-shooters for him, and we're already so excited to see this new version of Spider-Man, both in Civil War and his solo movie, Homecoming, which comes out on July 7, 2017.

And, if that wasn't enough, here's a leaked photo from a screening, apparently of the Spidey-signal:
