Details of the Batman v Superman Blu-Ray Special Features Revealed
The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Blu-ray is about to be released, and in case the movie wasn't long enough already, we're getting a three-hour-long, R-rated ultimate cut, as well as a bunch of nifty special features. Now, the details of those special features have been revealed, or at least their titles anyway:

Although some of these titles are vague enough to be pretty much anything ("a meeting of giants," for example, is pretty much just describing the movie), a few of the others are a little more revealing. It will be fascinating to see how the new Batmobile was designed and created, while "Uniting the World's Finest" must center around the cameos from Justice League members, and how the film will feed into the Justice League movie, so there could be a few spoilers hidden in there. "The Might and the Power of the Punch" makes me laugh a little, because it should really be called, "The Might and the Power of the Martha," and I have no idea what "Save the Bats" would be.

Meanwhile, the three-hour Ultimate Cut will include no less than thirty minutes of new footage, although we don't know exactly what that will include. I will be very curious to see Jena Malone's role as Barbara Gordon, which was left on the cutting room floor. We're all guessing that it was cut for the PG-13 rating because it's some sort of Killing Joke reference, but it could easily just be a cameo they didn't have time for. I'll also want to see whether the new footage makes Lex Luthor's plan or Batman and Superman's sudden chumminess make more sense, but I'm not holding my breath.

Batman v Superman comes out on Blu-ray this summer, and while no specific date has been released yet, it is now available for pre-order.
