Robot Chicken Is Making a Walking Dead Special
After taking on Star Wars and DC Comics, Robot Chicken is about to lampoon another huge geek property: The Walking Dead. Showrunner Scott Gimple and creator/producer Robert Kirkman will both be involved in the production of the episode, which is being described as an "extra-bloody half-hour special."

The producers' involvement is great, but also sort of a mixed bag. It means that the stop-motion zombie apocalypse will definitely be "faithful" to the series, but also might mean that they'll softball the easy jokes about Glenngate, racism, LGBT representation, and of course, that stupid cliffhanger. But then again, Robert Kirkman is clearly willing to make fun of himself, if this 2012 Robot Chicken episode is any indication:
