Watch a Table-Read of George Miller's Lost Justice League Movie
After the, let's say, less than stellar reception of Batman v Superman, a lot of DC Comics fans are worried about the new Justice League movie. That includes Warner Bros., who recently gave DCEU control to some new executives in response to their recent film's performance. But this could have all possibly been avoided if Mad Max director George Miller had directed his own Justice League movie nine years ago. Way back in 2007, Miller's film Justice League: Mortal was already in production before a number of factors caused the film's cancellation. Now, fans can hear what could have been for the first time, as a table-read of the script by Kieran and Michele Mulroney (and apparently rewritten by Miller) has made its way online.

The movie takes a pretty interesting approach, with the Justice League already a fully-formed team at the film's start. And we thought Batman v Superman was rushing into things! You can check out the full two and a half hour reading of the script below, performed by actors such as Starship Troopers star Casper Van Dien, and imagine a world where the Justice League movie was coming up on its tenth anniversary.
