Fan Recreates Quicksilver's X-Men: Apocalypse's Scene in Fallout 4
Regardless of whether you loved or hated X-Men: Apocalypse, it's likely that you would have at least thoroughly enjoyed everything Evan Peters gave us as the super-fast mutant, Quicksilver. Days of Future Past had already given us one Quicksilver highlight in the form of a cleverly shot slow-mo scene which was so popular that Simon Kinberg felt the need to go out and better it with X-Men: Apocalypse. And better it he did, because Quicksilver's Apocalypse scene was one of the most enjoyable cinema moments of the year so far.

Witnessing Maximoff sprint through the X-Mansion to the tune of 80's classic 'Sweet Dreams' by the Eurythmics has left such a mark on one viewer, they decided to recreate it...in Fallout 4.

Of course, this isn't a shot for shot recreation (that would be ridiculous, but it certainly captures the element of fun that Quicksilver injected into the latest X-Men movie.

Unfortunately, Quicksilver's antics have not been enough to set X-Men: Apocalypse on its way to matching its predecessor's success at the box office. While Days of Future Past made over $700 million globally, 'Apocalypse' looks set to just about limp over the $500m mark after mixed reviews and poor word of mouth hurt its earnings potential.

You can watch a VFX breakdown of Quicksilver's scene here, and read our X-Men: Apocalypse review here.
