Would Norman Reedus Play Ghost Rider? "Hell, Yeah"
After Jon Bernthal's acclaimed turn as Punisher in the second season of Daredevil, could the Marvel/Netflix universe be gearing up for a mini-Walking Dead reunion? Norman Reedus would be on board, at the very least, especially if he were asked to star in the rumored Ghost Rider reboot.

The Walking Dead fan favorite is currently gearing up to star in his own non-fiction motorcycle show, Ride with Norman Reedus. So as a motorcycle aficionado, he's an obvious choice to play the new incarnation of Ghost Rider. And according to a new interview with Uproxx, he's completely on board.

Opening quote
"Hell yeah," he said when asked if he'd want to play the superhero, going on to say that he also enjoyed Nicolas Cage's version. "It would be a blast. Do I get a skull face that's on fire and all that stuff? Fuck yeah. I'm down."
Closing quote

The Ghost Rider Netflix series has been rumored for over a year now, since before we even knew that Punisher was joining Daredevil. And now that Punisher has been given his own solo series, the rumor mill is starting up again that Ghost Rider is part of Marvel/Netflix's "Phase 2."

If the rumors are true, then Reedus would be a fantastic choice to play the superhero (let's be honest, he would be a great choice for almost anything). We obviously hope that Daryl wasn't the one to meet Lucille in the season six finale of The Walking Dead, but if he was, this would be a pretty great consolation prize.
