X-Men's Evan Peters Wants a Quicksilver/Deadpool Team-Up Movie
X-Men already has a fairly full roster, between New Mutants, Wolverine 3, Gambit, etc. But in the age of endless spin-offs, we can expect a few more to be announced in the near future, and Evan Peters wants Apocalypse standout Quicksilver to team up with the ultimate X-Men fan favorite: Deadpool.

In an interview with The Wrap, Peters was jokingly hesitant about doing a solo movie, saying that it "would take three years to shoot," since each of his relatively short scenes in Days of Future Past and Apocalypse took a month and a half. But he went on to say that he "would love to do that," and put forth his own suggestion for another spin-off:

"I would like to see a Deadpool/Quicksilver movie, I think that would be really fun," Peters said.

After X-Men: Apocalypse underperformed at the box office and was tepidly received by fans, this would actually be a really smart move. The disappointment of BatmanSuperman inspired DC to focus on spin-offs for their most popular characters (Batman, Harley Quinn), and Fox would do well to do the same thing. And while fans didn't love Apocalypse, everyone loved Peters' take on Quicksilver, so adding him to the highly anticipated Deadpool sequel wouldn't be a terrible idea (so long as it doesn't pull focus too much from the Deadpool/Cable dynamic).
