Marvel Takes Hilarious Potshot at Batman v Superman in Spider-Man/Deadpool #6
Of all the WTF moments of Batman v Superman, and there were many, the most ridiculous had to be the now-infamous "Martha" resolution to the conflict between the titular characters. And with Marvel releasing a much more financially and critically successful "versus" superhero movie, there have already been many, many jokes comparing the two films:

Now, Marvel itself is getting in on the fun. In the newest issue of the ongoing Spider-Man/Deadpool series, the Merc with a Mouth engages in some typically meta humor, lambasting Batman v Superman in the process:

SpiderMan/Deadpool #6

In this panel, Spider-Man and Deadpool see a movie called "Nighthawk v Hyperion: Yawn of Boredom." This would be a not-so-subtle reference to BvS regardless, but Nighthawk and Hyperion are literally the Marvel equivalents of Batman and Superman from Squadron Supreme, a team that was originally based on DC characters. (And the fact that there's a "Martha" joke is just icing on the cake.)

It might be a little bit in poor taste for Marvel to gloat in this manner, since this is basically the equivalent of kicking DC while they're down. But to be fair, Deadpool makes fun of everyone, and Marvel didn't get a free pass, either, as they also satirized the divide between the Fox and Marvel universes and that recent Captain America controversy.
