Archer and Star Trek: The Animated Series Mash-Up Proves Kirk is a Master of Phrasing
StarcherTrek. It might not be the best name, but the end product of this mash-up of Star Trek: The Animated Series and FX's Archer is so weirdly perfect, it's hard to imagine even the best portmanteau doing it justice.

Of course, Captain Kirk is voiced by H. Jon Benjamin's loveably childish Sterling Archer, proving that phrasing is just as relevant on a 5 year mission as it is while tracking down a cyborg named Barry.

The first episode proved so popular, the creators decided to expand the project with two more episodes. The first of those two new episodes introduced the voices of Pam and Malory, and sees Kirk struggling with those hearing issues that have plagued his career. Mawp!

Episode 3 sees the introduction of Cheryl/Carol and, of course, her Ocelot. Oh, and have you ever wanted to know what Spock would do while browsing the Internet? Well, here's your answer.

These videos are actually now over three years old, but given that Archer is as relevant as ever and Star Trek is currently celebrating its 50th anniversary, we're hoping that the creators can get some new episode put into play. Thankfully it seems like they're keen, taking to their social media pages to see if there is a hunger for new episodes.
