Dancing Stormtroopers Made Star Wars: Episode VIII's Wrap Party the Thing of Geeky Dreams
As we all now know, Star Wars: Episode VIII has wrapped production after months of work in locations across Europe. Rian Johnson and the technical crew still have a lot of work ahead of them, but an occasion as momentous as this calls for a wrap party with a difference. Not content with anything remotely low-key, Disney went big with the Star Wars: Episode VIII wrap party, taking over the entire floor of London's Natural History Museum, turning the historic dinosaur-stuffed hall into a wild sci-fi party that we mere mortal geeks could only ever dream of.

Not much was released from within the huge party, but Mark Hamill shared a lengthy video featuring one of the night's main acts.....Dancing Stormtroopers.

As if that wasn't enough, the UK's very own Ellie Goulding was on hand to entertain the cast, crew, and their loved ones.

Here are a few more shots that made it online.

Up next for the Star Wars cast is Star Wars Celebration in London. It's widely expected that this weekend's event will not only see a ton of new footage from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, but also a new title and the first images/footage from Star Wars: Episode VIII. Stay tuned to Outerplaces.com for our coverage from across Star Wars Celebration this weekend.
