These Are Simon Pegg's and Sigourney Weaver's San Diego Comic Con Costumes
Simon Pegg is not only a geek icon, but a geek himself, so he loves walking the show floor at San Diego Comic Con. But the more famous he gets, the more difficult it is to enjoy the festivities, so he has joined the ranks of many celebrities who have walked the floor incognito. And his disguises are, of course, wonderfully nerdy.

Pegg wrote in a piece for THR that he dressed up as the Joker, while none other than Sigourney Weaver balanced him out as the Caped Crusader (although seemingly not in the same year):
Opening quote
One year I went out wearing a Joker mask from The Dark Knight, but it was just too hot, and I was really sweating. Every time I pulled it up just to breathe, I'd get mobbed. When I came with the film Paul in 2010, Sigourney Weaver was with us, and she went out on the floor as Batman - she had the full cowl on. She's 6 foot and incredibly imposing, so she probably drew as much attention in disguise as she would have without it, but she was able to wander around and have a look about.

But the piece de resistance was, naturally, a Shaun of the Dead Boba Fett. As you can see in the picture above, he walked the SDCC 2013 show floor with a Boba Fett helmet and a nametag that said, "I am Shaun," but then was almost discovered by fans because he was wearing his talent credentials with his real name on it.

Opening quote
So over the years I've sort of honed my Comic-Con disguise technique. I've learned various lessons about keeping cool: Don't go dressed as a Stormtrooper because it's going to get very warm; wear something light and cool. Move fast, and don't wear your name badge.

The Star Trek Beyond, Star Wars, and Shaun of the Dead star didn't reveal his costume this year, since that would defeat the purpose. But for all of you who are attending SDCC this year, Pegg could be under any of those Kylo Ren masks.

Opening quote
I feel I've lost a certain amount of freedom to have that privilege to walk around the floor unfettered, but it's fun to walk around the floor and look at people wearing masks and wonder if there's someone you might know under there.
