Details on Suicide Squad's Mid/Post-Credit Scenes Revealed
Marvel has made the Mid and Post-credit scene (also known as bumpers and stingers) something of a Hollywood staple for any franchise hoping to build out a cinematic universe, but thus far, their rivals over at the DCEU has generally opted not to follow suit. Neither Man of Steel or BatmanSuperman featured any action once the credits started rolling, but with screenings now underway for the Suicide Squad, we finally have confirmation that the DC universe is taking its first tentative steps into credit-based world-building.

The vibrant, colorful themes that have dominated the movies marketing materials play a major role in Suicide Squad's credit sequences, and so far we've got confirmation of at least a mid-credit scene. While no spoilers have been divulged, the scene is reportedly well worth sticking around for. Could it be that we get a set-up for Ben Affleck's solo Batman movie?

So far, only a mid-credit scene has been confirmed, but early industry screenings don't always come complete with every post credit scene, so there's every chance that David Ayer has snuck something else in once the black and white credits have finished rolling. Either way, you do at least now know to stick around for a little longer to get a taste of what's in store for the future of the DCEU.

Suicide Squad is released on August 5th
