Spider-Man: Homecoming Set Pictures Confirm Marvel Comics Villain Shocker
We've long known that Michael Keaton would be playing the main villain, Vulture, in Spider-Man: Homecoming. But now, we have a confirmation of a widely rumored minor villain: the Marvel Comics antagonist Herman Schultz, aka Shocker.

Fargo actor Bokeem Woodbine was cast as a secondary villain several months ago, and there were persistent rumors that he would play Shocker (which were-semi-confirmed by a leaked call sheet). Shocker is a Marvel Comics villain who wields vibro-shock gauntlets, or "vibro-smashers," which blast compressed air that vibrates at an extremely high frequency. Although I'm hesitant about another electricity-centric villain after the disappointment of Electro in Amazing Spider-Man 2, the fact that Shocker makes his own gadgets seems right on-brand for the new high-tech, humbler Spider-Man we saw in Civil War and the first Homecoming footage

As for the costume, it looks fairly comics-accurate, although a little more homemade and with duller colors. It actually looks a lot like the version of the characters seen in the Amazing Spider-Man 2 game:
