The CW Releases New Photos from Season 3 of The Flash
Next week, The Flash is coming back to TV on the CW, complete with a Marty McFly-style time paradox. At the end of Season 2, Barry Allen managed to travel back in time to try and save his mother, leading to the infamous story arc comic book fans have been waiting to see for a while—Flashpoint. And while the event may only last one episode, we've already seen some amazing images from Season 3, including Barry Allen's Flash and Wally West's Kid Flash appearing side by side.

Now, fans have something else to drool over: the possible reappearance of Jay Garrick, The Flash from Earth-3.

The CW recently released a bunch of new photos from Season 3, Episode 2 (titled "Paradox"), including the one above. You can see more below in this short video (don't worry, it's only about a minute and a half):

Some of the most exciting images (besides Jay Garrick's Flash) are of Julian Albert (played by Tom Felton, of Draco Malfoy fame), a new character that promises to create some tension in the new episode. According to the official synopsis released by The CW:

Opening quote
THE AFTERMATH - Barry (Grant Gustin) realizes the effects from Flashpoint are much greater than he thought. Meanwhile, Barry meets new co-worker Julian Albert (Tom Felton) and is surprised by Julian's immediate disdain for Barry. Ralph Hemecker directed the episode written by Aaron Helbing & Todd Helbing (#302). Original airdate 10/11/2016.
Closing quote

Along with Julian and Jay Garrick, another key part of the new episode (considering it occurs after the timeline-changing events of Flashpoint) will likely be the aforementioned Marty Mcfly-style time paradox. According to an interview with EW, the fallout from Flashpoint will begin to cause Barry to forget his original timeline and begin remembering new memories, ones where his parents never died (and he never became The Flash).

The Flash returns Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 8 PM ET on The CW.
