Brand New Justice League Footage and BTS Sizzle Reel Released
After how terribly Batman v Superman fared with critics, Zack Snyder evidently understands the need to reinvigorate the DC fanbase with excitement and hype for Justice League. And what better way to do that than release over a minute's worth of new footage and behind the scenes shots from the film, showcasing just how great the cast looks in costume and how much fun they're having on the set?

The BTS footage features a couple great shots of the team all together, one when they're going down an elevator, the other when they're ascending a flight of stairs. Sadly, they don't feature Cyborg's CGI, but it's still very cool to see what Ray Fisher looks like in the practical costume he wears on set. Though they all look like they're having a great time working together, Ezra Miller clearly seems to be having the most fun (though Jason Momoa is definitely giving him a run for his money).

Will Justice League break DC's bad review streak and be the first home-run success of the DCEU? Maybe. Of course, Zack Snyder is great with action, and these beautiful shots are totally characteristic of the type of work he's capable of. Where his films seem to fall flat is with story and plot, and while there's a lot of hope that Ben Affleck and Geoff Johns have been able to exert some good influence on the script, it still remains to be seen whether Snyder can bring that story to life. Hopefully he redeems himself in the eyes of the industry with Justice League, so the critics, fans, and Snyder can all leave the project on a high note.

Justice League is slated to premiere on November 17th, 2017.
