Doctor Strange is already getting lots of buzz for Benedict Cumberbatch's turn as the arrogant physician, but judging from this new featurette, there may be another aspect of the film that gets huge amounts of acclaim: the groundbreaking visuals. In this new video, Kevin Feige presents the trippiest visuals from the film we've seen so far, which take direct inspiration from panels in the sixties Doctor Strange comics:

We've already seen the city-bending visuals that look a little bit like an Inception rip-off (if a very well-produced one), but this new video shows us the more psychedelic visuals in the style of legendary artist Steve Ditko.

Opening quote
"Steve Ditko is one of the greatest Marvel artists in history," Feige says in the video, "and that we're now able to take what he put in these mid-sixties comic book panels and covers and we now have the technology to put that into big three-dimensional space on a movie screen is amazing."
Closing quote

Doctor Strange hits theaters on November 4.
