Netflix to Allow Users to Binge-Watch Shows Offline
Well, finally! Long-suffering Netflix users can at long last download shows from the streaming service and watch them without internet access, as the company announced earlier today.

There are few details so far, and the feature isn't entirely rolled out yet. According to Netflix, you can already download Orange is The New Black, Narcos, and The Crown on iOS and Android through the app, which probably means that most, if not all of the original series will follow. For us nerds, that would include Stranger Things, Black Mirror, Clone Wars, the new thriller 3%, Sense8, and, of course, all of the Defenders series.

Of course, there are no guarantees. Netflix promised that "more are on the way," but we have little idea whether any of those shows will be included yet. Stranger Things and Black Mirror are probably safe bets, since they were featured in the above promotional video for Netflix Offline, but the Defenders shows were nowhere to be seen. Since they're a joint venture with Marvel, it's very possible that Netflix doesn't have permission to make the Defenders series readily available to download. We'll have to wait and see as the feature is completely unveiled.
