It seems like Black Panther really likes getting caught up in car chases. Sure, when he ended up battling Captain America and the Winter Soldier in the middle of a highway in Civil War, it was pretty cool. What we didn't know at the time, though, is that this is just another day on the job for Wakadan royalty: new photos have been shared online that show off filming for a car chase in the upcoming Black Panther movie.

The shoot took place in South Korea, and features a lot of fast cars, a few of T'Challa's personal bodyguards, and, of course, the Black Panther himself.

Now, it's fairly early in filming, but it's hard to argue that a superhero dressed all in black hanging off the back of a sports car doesn't look epic. Black Panther was one of the best bits about Civil War, and from the looks of it, this time around we'll be seeing even more impressive stunts and action scenes.

While Black Panther was used exceptionally well in Civil War, battling against a bunch of other characters for screen time meant that we have yet to see what Chadwick Boseman can really do with the role. Hopefully the additional breathing room in his solo movie will be just what T'Challa needs to shine.

That being the case, if director Ryan Coogler is able to make the best possible use of this character, Black Panther could end up being the new star franchise within Marvel's ever-growing empire.
