Telescope - A Beautiful Sci-Fi Short

What happens when the Earth becomes uninhabitable? This is a question that has been tackled multiple time by Hollywood over the past couple of years, but it's always nice to get an indie take on such a poignant question. Enter 'Telescope', a sci-fi short by Collin Davis and Matt Litwiller.

"The Year is 2183. The Earth is dead. With all evidence of organic life lost, a cosmic archaeologist travels faster than light into deep space to capture images of the once vibrant planet. When his vessel is damaged he must take matters into his own hands, risking his life to witness humanity's lost home"

An interesting premise is backed up with a beautiful vision of space travel which, coupled with a sense of longing for our home planet, really gets you thinking.
