Report: Batman v Superman Trailer Will Be Attached to Mad Max: Fury Road Screenings
Of all the movies being released in 2016, Warner Bros. and DC Comics' Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is arguably the most-anticipated. Since the movie's announcement, the release of the Batman v Superman's first trailer has been shrouded in enough mystery to warrant connections with the Illuminati, but a recent report from Collider suggests the wait could almost be over, with their sources telling them that Warner Bros. will attach the teaser to the May release of Mad Max: Fury Road.

This flies in the face of the rumors that the studio would buy up some premium space attached to screenings of Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron, but with Star Wars: The Force Awakens already expected to be taking up one of those slots, it would make sense for WB to choose a time when they can hog more of the limelight.

In truth, the Batman v Superman trailer could be played in my grandma's basement and still somehow find its way to breaking the internet, but to attach it to Mad Max: Fury Road, which thanks to some brilliant marketing, is rapidly turning into one of the summer's hottest movie prospects, makes a whole load of sense.

With the exception of those at last year's San Diego Comic Con, most fan's exposure to Zack Snyder's movie has been limited to the odd promo pic and leaked behind-the-scenes videos, so the potential of finally having a trailer on the horizon is more than a little exciting. Many have been screaming for the trailer to be released on the internet first, but you have to admit that with a movie like this, wouldn't it be nice to see it on the big screen for the first time? Plus, let's face it, Mad Max: Fury Road is looking like pretty incredible so the chances are you'll be going to see it on opening weekend anyway.

Note: This report surfaced well in advance of all this April Fools madness, so hopefully that will help put your mind at ease.
