Captain America: Winter Soldier Writers to Pen Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War
Fresh off of the reveal that Captain America: Winter Soldier directors Joe and Anthony Russo will helm Avengers: Infinity War, a new report has hit the web that indicates Marvel will continue to keep it in the family. According to Badass Digest, seasoned Marvel veterans Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely will write the script for both installments of Avengers: Infinity War.

Markus and McFeely are known for writing several Marvel films, including both Captain America films, the upcoming Civil War, and Thor: The Dark World. The Dark World is by far the least impressive of their credentials, but Winter Soldier may be the most well-written Marvel film yet, and the screenwriting duo also have the benefit of being responsible for creating the wonderful Agent Carter.

This is great news, not only because Markus and McFeely have proven themselves to be great screenwriters, but also because there will be a great deal of continuity behind the scenes. The duo have already worked with the Russo brothers on two films before Captain America: Civil War, which is set to start production soon, and Civil War will likely be the most important MCU film for setting the stage for Infinity War, even more than the full Avengers installment, Age of Ultron.
