Watching Star Wars Will Never Be the Same Without the 20th Century Fox Opening
Now that Lucasfilm has been bought out by Disney, it's to be expected that Star Wars: The Force Awakens won't have the original, distinctive 20th Century Fox opening that's become so familiar after six Star Wars movies. But as it turns out, those classic openings have also been removed from the original films, which were re-released digitally today.

Here's what the new opening sounds like:

We agree, Matt Downham, it is crazy not to hear the 20th Century Fox intro! Technically, this isn't a "change" to the actual films per se, but we did get accustomed to hearing it before the movies started and associated the two with each other. It's a brave new world, guys.
