Help Save Constantine by Watching All of Season One on NBC, Hulu, and VOD Starting Today
Constantine has had a long and troubled road over its freshman season; an underwhelming first few episodes and a Friday night "death slot" killed its ratings early on, but a creative re-vamping led to a passionate and vocal fanbase. The first season was truncated to 13 episodes, and it looked like it would be canceled. Then, the producers announced that NBC would make an official decision in May, and now the time has come for them to make their case. On Monday, the producers will pitch a second season to NBC, and they'll make their decision partially based on the number of people who stream the first season this weekend, which is available on NBC, Hulu, and VOD for a limited time starting today.

According to executive producer Daniel Cerone, this is a last-ditch attempt to test whether Constantine can get and keep viewers, as the powers-that-be at NBC will be taking streaming numbers into account. So if you want to save Constantine, or if you think you might enjoy it, then watch season one this weekend to help ensure a season two. And honestly, if you're a devoted fan but you're busy this weekend, you can always just stream it in the background.
