Watch: Every Single Marvel Easter Egg in Avengers: Age of Ultron
Avengers: Age of Ultron had so, so many Marvel Easter eggs (maybe too many). Much of the attention has gone to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. tie-ins and that tiny little preview of Infinity War, but there was a cornucopia of references that Mr. Sunday Movies has been kind enough to compile for us:

"Avengers: Age Of Ultron Easter Eggs and references! All of them! Well, most of them. Or at the very least some."

Spoilers for Avengers: Age of Ultron and other MCU films follow!

First, there are the expositional references that bridge the gap between Age of Ultron and other MCU movies, like explanations of what Jane Foster, Falcon, and Bucky are up to. Then there are tie-ins with MCU television shows; in addition to the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. connection there's a sequence involving Black Widow's Red Room, which was explained in more detail in Agent Carter. And there's no shortage of comic book references, including a slightly disturbing one about the relationship between Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.

And then there are the teases of future MCU films. The mid-credits sequence very overtly references Infinity War, but the other Easter Eggs are a little more subtle. For example, several scenes, particularly this one, preview the burgeoning conflict between Captain America and Iron Man that will lead to Civil War, and Andy Serkis's mysterious role turned out to be Ulysses Klaw, who will likely be the main villain in the Black Panther movie. (There are also vibranium references galore, which will lay the foundation for Black Panther's mythology.)

And speaking of Ulysses Klaw, one memorable scene of his is actually an oblique Star Wars reference. Kevin Feige recently went on record saying that every MCU movie sees a character losing his or her arm, as a nod to Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.
