Fox Announces Premiere Dates for Gotham, Minority Report, Last Man on Earth, and More
Fox has revealed its official fall schedule, including the premiere dates for Gotham, Minority Report, and Last Man on Earth, as well as genre favorites like Sleepy Hollow, Bones, and the highly anticipated Scream Queens.

Gotham starts off Fox's premiere season the day after the 2015 Emmys, on Monday September 21 at 8pm. The Batman prequel will be entering its second season, and we sincerely hope there's a significant creative overhaul after the disappointing first season. From what we know so far, the show will at least become more serialized and nix the case-of-the-week formula, which is a step in the right direction, and will see Baby Batman become more like the charismatic Bruce Wayne we all know and love. The second season will also upgrade recurring DC Comics characters Leslie Thompkins (the wonderful Morena Baccarin), Harvey Dent (Nick D'Agosto), and Lucius Fox (Chris Chalk) to series regulars, so we can continue to expect Easter eggs galore.

Gotham is immediately followed by Minority Report at 9pm, and hopefully some of Gotham's inexplicably great ratings will be retained for the premiere. Fox will also screen the pilot for the first time at San Diego Comic Con, along with the world premiere of Scream Queens. Speaking of Scream Queens, Ryan Murphy's newest horror anthology starring Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Skyler Samuels, and Keke Palmer will have its two-hour premiere on Tuesday, September 22 at 8pm and air in its usual time slot of 9pm from then on.

Other genre offerings coming from Fox this fall include the second season of Last Man on Earth, which will premiere on Sunday, September 27 at 9:30pm, and the eleventh season (eleventh!) premiere of Bones on Thursday, October 1 at 8pm, immediately followed by the third season premiere of Sleepy Hollow at 9pm.

This is all very exciting, although we're most excited about the X-Files revival, which unfortunately won't air until midseason 2016, along with Fox's adaptation of DC Comics's Lucifer, which doesn't have an official premiere date yet.
