Agent Carter Season Two: James D'Arcy and Enver Gjokaj Returning, Lyndsy Fonseca in Talks
When Marvel and ABC released a synopsis for Agent Carter's second season, they teased a location change to LA, a new love interest, and Peggy's "most dangerous assignment yet." But it also drew attention to the fact that Hayley Atwell was the only confirmed cast member, which pointed to the possibility of a huge cast shake-up. But now, Agent Carter fans can breathe a little easier, as EW reports that James D'Arcy and Enver Gjokaj, who play Jarvis and Agent Daniel Sousa, respectively, have officially signed on for a second season.

When we first heard that some of the supporting cast may be nixed, we figured that Jarvis was the only one that isn't (or at least, shouldn't be) expendable. D'Arcy and Atwell's chemistry and rapport was one of the best parts of the all-around excellent first season, and while some changes are welcome, there's no need to throw the baby out with the bathwater.

Sousa isn't quite as essential, but we love Gjokaj from Dollhouse, and now that they're both on board, we'll get to experience more of this goofy goodness:

Other than D'Arcy, the most essential character is probably Angie, especially since the female relationships are so central to the show. EW reports that Lyndsy Fonseca, who plays Angie, is in talks to return for a second season. This would only make sense, as Angie's presence would definitely be missed, and the character is an aspiring actress, so she'll fit right in when the show moves to LA.

Chad Michael Murray is also in talks to reprise his role as Agent Jack Thompson, but the most spoiler-y detail is Bridget Regan's possible return as Dottie Underwood. It's not exactly a surprise that she'll be back, considering that she disappeared at the end of last season in an ominous way that was clearly meant to be a "she'll be back" kind of cliffhanger. But if she doesn't return as a regular next season, it's possible that they'll drag out her return until later, maybe in the season finale.

Marvel's Agent Carter will premiere midseason next year, during the hiatus of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
