Marvel Fully Reveals New Superhero from Ant-Man Post-Credits Scene
Ant-Man has crazy, Easter Egg-heavy post-credits scenes, one of which reveals an all-new Marvel superhero. We're guessing most of you already know who it is, either from seeing the movie or seeing spoilers online, but we'll still tell you there are Ant-Man spoilers after the jump!

Possible spoilers ahead! (Click to reveal)

The post-credits scene revealed that Hope van Dyne, played by Evangeline Lilly, will be the Wasp. After being unfairly upstaged by Paul Rudd's Scott Lang, her father, Hank Pym, finally gives his daughter her own superhero costume that he was originally making for her mother, Janet van Dyne (Wasp in the comics). Now, Marvel has finally revealed a full look at the Wasp costume for all of us to behold:

(And yes, it is "about damn time.")

Marvel Finally Reveals the Wasp

The costume looks pretty awesome, especially the wings, and it doesn't look unnecessarily sexualized, which will be a refreshing change from Black Widow. Marvel is finally responding to overwhelming fan support for more female superheroes, although it's unclear when or if Wasp will get her own movie. She'll likely appear in Avengers ensemble movies (although she was cut from the overcrowded Civil War), and in any Ant-Man sequels, but we hope she'll get a solo film as well. We always have Captain Marvel, but we could use more than one female superhero with her own franchise, and Hope is probably a more interesting character than Scott anyway.
