Watch Mark Hamill Pull Pints of Guinness in an Irish Pub After Filming Star Wars: Episode VIII
He's destroyed a Death Star, battled Sith Lords and helped rescue the galaxy from the clutches of the Empire, but can Luke Skywalker pull a perfect pint of Guinness? Locals at the Bridge Pub in Portmagee got to pay witness to Mark Hamill attempting the unorthodox test of Jedi Prowess last night, and judging from this footage of the evening, it looks like the actor aced it.

Hamill had filming Star Wars: Episode VIII on Skellig Michael, a small and beautiful island just off Ireland's south coast. The cast and crew return to Portmagee on the mainland after each day of filming, and last night it looks as though at least one of the cast managed to find time to take in a few jars.

While Hamill's skills are impressive, what's most interesting about this video is that Hamill is actually down there in Ireland at all. Many expected Luke Skywalker only to be appearing in The Force Awakens, but his presence at Portmagee appears to all but confirm that Hamill and Skywalker will be playing a role in the second entry into Disney's new Star Wars trilogy.

As The Irish Examiner reports, Hamill wasn't just a great barman, he was also a true gentleman as he spent time posing for photographs and signing autographs for locals who were obviously delighted to see their pub have such A-list patrons.

Opening quote
"He was very generous with his time. Despite getting off the shoot late in the day, he stood for pictures and signed autographs for children and still had to get up early this morning for more filming," said Steve Lynott, the man who shot the footage above.

Rian Johnson and his team were scheduled to wrap filming on Skellig Michael release this Friday, but it remains to be seen whether or not they will extend their time on the island after they were delayed by bad weather earlier this week. With Star Wars: The Force Awakens not even released yet, it's also not clear who else is in Ireland for filming. Only Oscar Isaac and Benicio del Toro have been confirmed for the 2017 release, and Disney will likely be trying to keep their cast hidden from the masses in an attempt to prevent clues about The Force Awakens emerging online.

Either way, it's great to see Hamill looking in great shape, even if he does appear to be somewhat tipsy.
