Daisy Johnson Explains the Rules of Inhumanity in New Clip from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 3
Skye is all grown up, cutting off her hair, calling herself Daisy Johnson, and leading a task force that recruits Inhumans when we first see her in season three of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and the newest clip shows her welcoming a new Inhuman into the fold:

In the above video, Skye/Daisy Johnson/Quake speaks with a nervous, newly activated Inhuman named Joey. The scene presumably takes place shortly after Quake, Mack, and Nick Blood rescued him from government agents in the first five minutes of the premiere, in which he demonstrated the ability to melt metal by touching it. Daisy explains to him that he is a part-alien Inhuman, who has a specific genetic signature that affords him "unnatural" powers when he comes into contact with the chemical Terrigen. This is all very well and good, but my favorite part is Mack insisting that Daisy is "the muscle" and Daisy calling him a "big softie."

The Inhumans, who have essentially become the MCU's answer to the X-Men, will likely be the main focus of the upcoming season. Not only is Skye embracing her superhero identity, but the new villains, such as House of Cards's Constance Zimmer, are directly forming an opposition to the burgeoning Inhumans. Zimmer plays Rosalind Price, who is reportedly the head of the "Alien Containment Unit." Inhumans will likely become very important to the MCU over the next few years, leading up to their solo movie in 2020.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season three premieres on Tuesday, September 29, at 9pm on ABC.
