Blacksmiths Create Real-Life Version of Aquaman's Trident
Aquaman might be the butt of a lot of jokes, but most fans would still jump at the opportunity to hold a real-life Aquaman trident. Now, we've gotten our wish, as professional blacksmiths have actually recreated it (minus the actual magical abilities):

The video was made by Man at Arms: Reforged, a team of blacksmiths that has recreated many fan favorite weapons, including Captain America's shield, Jon Snow's Longclaw, Link's Master Sword from the Legend of Zelda, and more. In the video, they show that they painstakingly created the shield using darkened steel, and carefully build it piece by piece before revealing it at the end. In the comics, the trident is made of brass, and has the ability to manipulate water and fire bolts of energy and things like that, but this is still a damn good facsimile of Jason Momoa's prop in the upcoming Aquaman movie. If nothing else, their cool-looking weapon makes Aquaman seem like much more of a bad-ass than he historically has been.
