Lady Gaga Will Sing In Space On 2015 Virgin Galactic Flight

Urgh, I almost hate myself for writing this one, but it is just so weird I couldn't resist it. According to Us Weekly the oddball pop star will perform a single track live while on a Virgin Galactic flight in 2015. The magazine claims that Gaga will be the first ever artist to perform a song in space, but I take offence to that statement having, just a few months ago, been wowed by the one and only Chris Hadfield's performance with the Barenaked Ladies.

 

But, despite this false claim to history, Lady Gaga's performance will be quite a spectacle as it will be beamed live down to Earth as part of the Zero G Colony Festival at the New Mexico spaceport. Because of the strains placed on the vocal chords by the different atmosphere, Gaga is going to have to undergo a month's intensive training otherwise, you know, here music might sound bad otherwise....
