Watch: Stephen Hawking Singing Monty Python's Galaxy Song is Pure Geeky Genius
Do Professor Stephen Hawking's talents ever end? Not content with changing the way we think about our Universe, the renowned physicist is now taking his talents to the world of music, singing a brilliant rendition of Monty Python's classic, Galaxy Song. Recorded for this year's Record Store Day, this special rendition of the Galaxy Song is available on iTunes, but really, it doesn't get much better than watching this video of a marauding Hawking breezing through the Galaxy.

The video uses footage which was shot for the recent run of Monty Python reunion shows and features Hawking terrorising fellow physicist Brian Cox, as well as some brilliant behind the scenes footage of the Pythons in action. But if the video wasn't enough to pick your mood up out of the Monday funk, this next snippet should be.

As part of the promo work for Hawking's take on the Galaxy Song, you can now play the classic arcade game, Asteroids, with the physicist replacing the game's usual triangular spacecraft. Click here to take the game for a spin and say goodbye to any hopes of being productive today.
