In Back to the Future Part II, Marty and Doc arrive in 2015 on October 21, and in honor of that imminent occasion, Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd reunited to talk about what the franchise got right and wrong about what life would be like in 2015.

What It Got Wrong

-Self-tying sneakers
-Dog-walking robots
-Extant fax machines

What It Got Right

-3-D Movies
-Fingerprinting technology
-The Chicago Subs winning the World Series (?)

In all seriousness, several of the Back to the Future predictions have come true (and we're actually kind of surprised that dog-walking robots aren't a thing yet), and Back to the Future Day will celebrate this prescient film in several different events, including the release of the trilogy's anniversary edition Blu-ray set, which will include both the films and the animated series, as well as a re-release of the trilogy in select L.A. theaters.

And according to the above teaser, there will be some kind of main event on October 21 from Toyota as well. It's probably not the unveiling of flying cars, but we can dream.
