B.D. Wong is Coming to Gotham as Hugo Strange
Last week on Gotham, it was revealed that a division of Wayne Industries called Indian Hill was conducting some pretty gruesome human experiments. Now it's been confirmed that heading these experiments is none other than Batman villain Hugo Strange, who is being played by B.D. Wong.

Strange is a well known villain within the Batman universe, especially since his prominence in the recent video game, Batman: Arkham City. This mad scientist has been squaring off against Batman for even longer than the Joker, though he's never gained anywhere near the popularity as the Clown Prince of Crime.

Apparently, Strange will be hired to run the infamous Arkham Asylum sometime during season 2. He will be a recurring character, but how big a role he'll initially play is still unknown. There's still a host of other Batman villains that have been confirmed to make an appearance this year, and of course they all can't be given pivotal roles in this season's plot.

It'll be interesting to see how Wong's character works with the shows dynamic. Surprisingly, he's actually one of the few villains on the show to be at the right age, as he appears quite a bit older than Bruce Wayne in both the comics and the animated series.

B.D. Wong is very well known for his work on Law and Order SVU and his part in both Jurassic Park and this year's smash hit, Jurassic World. Depending on how well his character is written, he could definitely be a lot of fun to watch as Hugo Strange as well.
