Is Another Classic Character Returning For The Force Awakens?
We already know that Star Wars: The Force Awakens will see the return of Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, and even Admiral Ackbar from the original trilogy, along with C-3PO and R2-D2 who already reprised their original roles in the prequel trilogy, but might there be one more major, classic character set to appear in the new film?

It's just a rumor, so take the following with a grain of salt, but according to Star Wars News Net, Jedi Master Yoda will be making an appearance in The Force Awakens. According to the site, an anonymous person who worked in the film's dubbing department is claiming that the diminutive green guy features in one scene in the movie, meaning his appearance will be more of a cameo than a key role. But is it true?

It certainly could be. Frank Oz, who voices the character, already returned to voice Yoda in the prequel trilogy. And just last year he came back to voice him again in the Disney-produced series, Star Wars: Rebels. He has also implied that he'd love to continue playing Yoda in future Star Wars projects, hint, hint.

Now, Yoda is obviously dead, but he could show up in ghost form like he did in The Empire Strikes Back. Maybe he pops up to give some advice to Finn and Rey? Or maybe he convinces Luke to show himself and stop hiding from all the trailers? Or maybe it's just a rumor and he's not in the movie after all. We've now got less than two months to find out!
