New Batman v Superman Footage Reveals Twist
A sneak peak of Batman v. Superman was revealed during the fall finale of Gotham on Monday, and boy was it dark. The footage also featured a surprising reveal, so turn away now if you want to remain unspoiled.

Possible spoilers ahead! (Click to reveal)

The footage begins with Batman, wearing a sweet trench coat, hanging by his arms in a dungeon, flanked on either side by other prisoners in a scene that probably not so coincidently brings Jesus to mind. The dungeon is underground in a desert, and is guarded by Nazi-esque soldiers. Then Superman drops in, making a pretty impressive entrance, and all of the soldiers bow to him as he walks by. Supes is giving off some seriously evil vibes here, not gonna lie. He walks up to Batman, without saying a word, and RIPS HIS MASK OFF! Boom. Just like that, Superman knows Batman's identity. He then looks even angrier, if that was even possible, and glares at the mask. Bruce Wayne, on the other hand, looks terrified. Probably because he knows Superman could rip his head off right now if he wanted to. The most interesting thing about all of this might be that the two heroes seem to have their own armies, or at least gangs. The two guys tied up with Batman are almost assuredly his accomplices, and Superman has the previously mentioned death soldiers. Now we're wondering just how big this battle is going to get.

But before we get too excited, it's highly likely this is just a dream sequence, especially given that Batman is wearing an outfit that was revealed as 'Knightmare Batman' at New York Comic Con earlier this year.

At the end of the teaser, it's revealed that the full trailer will premiere during Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday, December 2. This is somewhat interesting considering that Kimmel, who's show is on ABC, has been shilling pretty hard for fellow Disney properties Star Wars and Captain America: Civil War, with the trailer for the latter premiering during his show last week. We're guessing Warner Bros. figured if it worked for Marvel, it would work for them, so here we are.

Anyway, enough talk, here's what you came here for.
