Stranger Things Has Inspired Some Ridiculously Brilliant Fan Art
< >
Netflix series Stranger Things is one of the hottest properties in pop culture right now. Thanks to its nostalgic 80's aesthetic, accurate portrayals of D&D games, and kids who can actually act, the show has garnered a huge fanbase since it was released a few weeks ago. As can be the case with pop culture hits, fans of Stranger Things have shown their love for their show in artful and expressive ways, causing something of a ST Fan Art revolution on the Internet.

Here are some of our favorite pieces from around the web.

We're in love with this Eleven watercolor. Don't you think we should have a children's book featuring the entire gang?

These next two posters do a pretty stellar job of capturing both sides of Hawkins, Indiana.

Have you ever wanted to see what Barb and the gang would like if they were cats? Of course you have, and Kitty Cassandra is only too happy to help out. And yes, of course Barb is the best.

Some more wonderful riffs....

While we love pretty much all the characters on Stranger Things (except Troy, James, and Tommy H., of course), a couple of individuals worked their way deeper into our hearts than others. Yes, Dustin and Barb, we're looking at you.

The show's 80's setting has, understandably, led to some beautifully nostalgic pieces of fan art. From 8-bit gifs to riffs on classic pieces of 80's culture, some of the best fan art has been inspired by the show's setting which, let's face it, is a character all in itself.
